“Blessed is he who watches, and keeps his garments, lest he walk naked and they see his shame.”

Many times in the Bible we’re told to watch and pray, to prepare and make ourselves ready for His return. Most of the physical preparations are minimal. There’s a limit to what we can do. But we can dedicate our lives to repentance and a changed life. To focus our efforts to imitate Christ. That’s the emphasis throughout the entire New Testament.

Some things we just can’t control or predict in this life. Like the weather. But how we live and who we are comes down to a series of choices we make every day. And if we really believe that one day we will meet God and Jesus Christ, it might be a good idea to prepare accordingly. Just something to think about, have an awesome day.
